Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can return the original item to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship out your requested replacement at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day return period, during which you may return your item for any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To remain eligible for a refund, the return must be shipped within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intent to return. Items must remain unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
